May 25 – DAY 2
The second day of IGRC 2017 had a panel to discuss environmental issues, with the presence of Clarissa Lins, IBP director, and Thiago Barral, from EPE, who afirmed that “a comprehensive market reform is needed in the gas sector”. Then, qualified papers debated energy efficiency and E&P storage techniques, including an amazing classification of the biggest ever floating storage regasification project. Other highlights were the insights on electricity costs in the gas value chain and the benefits of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) usage.
