Professionals Share Stories and Highlight Women’s Growing Presence in the Sector
As part of the Young Rio Pipeline initiative, Beatriz Fonseca (NTS), Cecília Saavedra (TBG), and Karina Benatti (ENGIE) joined the panel “Stories of Women Who Have Taken on Strategic Roles and Are Shaping the Future of the Sector”, moderated by Renata Reis (YPP-BR). The session celebrated the growing presence of women in the industry in recent years, particularly in leadership positions.
Cecília emphasized that “the sector is not only undergoing a technological and energy transformation, but also a cultural, social, and market shift.”
The panelists highlighted factors such as availability, mobility, and adaptability as crucial to professional success in the industry. They also reinforced the importance of resilience in a constantly evolving market shaped by the advancement of new technologies.
