ROG.e 2026: Key Information to Plan Your Visit to the Event
ROG.e has a new home! From September 21 to 24, Riocentro, in Rio de Janeiro, will bring together leading executives, experts, authorities and decision-makers from the energy sector.
To help IBP members plan their visit, we have gathered the main information about registration, accreditation, early credential pickup, access to the event, transportation and shuttle services, facial recognition, accessibility and other services.
Before you arrive, check the guidelines and plan your visit so you can make the most of ROG.e.
Main Event Entrance
The main entrance to the event will be through Pavilhão das Artes, located at Av. Salvador Allende, 6555 – Barra Olímpica, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22783-127.
Registration and Accreditation
To attend ROG.e, participants must be properly registered and accredited according to the selected ticket category. This edition will feature an important new measure to streamline access: facial recognition.
During the individual registration process, uploading a photo will be mandatory to complete the registration. The image will be used exclusively to validate access during ROG.e, allowing automatic identification at designated access points throughout the event.
To avoid any issues during registration, we recommend using a photo that is:
- Front-facing, looking directly at the camera;
- With the face centered and properly framed;
- Taken from approximately 60 cm to 1.5 m from the camera;
- With even lighting, without excessive brightness or shadows;
- With a neutral, light or white background;
- Showing only one person;
- Recent, clear and without distortion;
- Preferably in PNG format, or JPG in high quality.
Avoid: sunglasses, caps, hats, masks or accessories that cover the face; reflections on prescription glasses; filters, effects or edits; dark, overexposed or blurry photos; exaggerated facial expressions; side-facing or tilted-angle images; excessive makeup that alters facial features; and images with multiple people or improper cropping of the face.
Important: Your credential remains mandatory throughout your entire stay at the event. It must be kept visible and presented whenever requested by the organizers or security team. Access to and participation in ROG.e, including specific areas corresponding to your registration category, are subject to carrying the appropriate credential, regardless of the use of facial recognition.
In case of loss, theft or forgetting your credential, you will need to request a reprint, subject to the applicable fee.
Exclusive Shuttle Service
One of the facilities available at ROG.e 2026 will be the official, fully complimentary shuttle service for all ticket categories, including exhibitors. A dedicated passenger boarding and drop-off point will be available in front of Pavilhão das Artes.
The service will operate from 7 a.m. to noon for trips to the event and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for return trips. Buses will depart every 30 minutes. However, please note that schedules may be subject to change due to traffic conditions in the city.
The service is free for all accredited participants, but the service QR Code is personal and non-transferable and must be presented when boarding. To use the shuttle, please arrive 15 minutes in advance to complete check-in.
In addition, to ensure vehicle availability and accommodate passengers with special needs, shuttle bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with the specific need indicated on the booking platform. All information is available on the official ROG.e app.
The shuttle will have boarding points in different areas of the city:
Centro, Botafogo, Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and Barra da Tijuca. Click hereto check all addresses.
For the return journey, participants must go to the same point where they were dropped off upon arrival. Communications about the service will be sent by AS Brasil via email and WhatsApp, with information about boarding points, schedules, maps and any operational updates.
If you have any questions, staff will be available at the boarding points and also at the event, at the Information Desk in the Food Court and at the Help Desk in the boarding area.
Important: Do not leave personal belongings inside the vehicles. If needed, ROG.e will provide lockers for rental.
Accessibility: An Experience Designed for Everyone
ROG.e is committed to providing an inclusive and safe experience for all participants, with services focused on accessibility and inclusion.
Available resources include:
- Accessible priority accreditation for those who require faster, queue-free service;
- Accessible restrooms in all event pavilions;
- Dedicated accessibility elevators in the Exhibition Pavilions and Congress Pavilion;
- Kit Livre, a solution that transforms a manual wheelchair into an electric tricycle, subject to availability and demand;
- Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpretation for 100% of the content, with interpreters at all talks and panels;
- Golf carts, with boarding points in the outdoor area, on the balcony between the pavilions.
The organization also distributes an Inclusion and Good Practices Guide to suppliers and service providers. ROG.e has zero tolerance for any form of prejudice, discrimination or harassment.
Have ROG.e in the Palm of Your Hand
The official ROG.e 2026 app is now available and brings together features designed to make participants' experience during the event easier. Through the app, you can check the program in real time, follow content and updates, access information about shuttle bookings, and use an interactive map to explore the spaces and plan routes throughout Riocentro.
Come Comfortable, but Pay Attention to the Dress Code!
ROG.e brings together business, knowledge, networking and experiences throughout an extensive program. Therefore, the main recommendation is: come comfortable. Choose clothing and, especially, footwear that will allow you to enjoy the full program throughout the day, while maintaining a look that is appropriate for a business environment.
For meetings, networking, conferences and other experiences, business attire or business casual is recommended.
Access will not be permitted with:
- Bermudas or shorts;
- Flip-flops or beach sandals;
- Tank tops;
- Gym or workout clothes;
- T-shirts with offensive prints;
- Other excessively informal clothing.
Plan Your Trip
Those traveling from outside Rio de Janeiro can also find information on the ROG.e website to help organize their trip, including partner hotels, the official hotel and tourist attractions.
Fairmont Copacabana is the official hotel of the event and offers special rates for ROG.e 2026 participants. Lagune Barra Hotel, located within Riocentro, is the official host hotel.

ROG.e Fest
One of the new features of this year's event is ROG.e Fest, a special program that expands the experience beyond business and technical content, bringing together music, culture and entertainment.
The main attractions include Xandy de Pilares, Toni Garrido, Elba Ramalho and Monobloco. The program will also feature a Ferris wheel, with free access on a first-come, first-served basis and no advance booking required.
