ROG.e 2026 Opens Call for Papers: Submit Your Abstract by November 19
The Brazilian Petroleum and Gas Institute (IBP) announces the opening of the Call for Papers for ROG.e 2026, one of the world’s leading conferences focused on energy transition and innovation in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
The first submission phase will be open from October 13 to November 19 and will be dedicated to abstract submissions, which — for the first time at ROG.e — may contain up to 1,500 characters. This new format aims to make the process more accessible. During this stage, authors of technical papers and studies are invited to share research, case studies, and innovative solutions that contribute to advancing the energy sector.
Interested participants may submit papers on a wide range of topics, including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Natural Gas, Energy Transition, ESG, Climate Change and CO₂, Environment, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Sustainability, Technology and Innovation, Information Technology, Industry 4.0, Diversity, Youth Qualification, Engineering, Economics, and Trade.
A “Call for Papers Launch” webinar will be held on October 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (BRT). The fully online event will present the guidelines and clarify questions from groups in the “People, Culture and Society,” “Downstream,” and “Natural Gas” tracks.
The ROG.e 2026 Technical Conference serves as a key platform for knowledge exchange among professionals, researchers, and companies shaping the future of energy.
The full call for papers, including submission guidelines and evaluation criteria, will be available on the event’s official website: roge.energy/congresso
