Rio Pipeline & Logistics: How to Make the Most of the Event

The congress program has been expanded to include key topics such as Ports & Terminals, Multimodal Integration, Energy Transition, Biofuels & Decarbonization, and Digital Transformation, reflecting the industry’s main challenges and opportunities.

– How to get there?
- Subway: The convention center is 100m from Estácio Station (Line 1) and 150m from Cidade Nova Station (Line 2).
- By car/app ride: Enter ExpoRio Cidade Nova (formerly ExpoMag) or use the address: Rua Beatriz Larragoiti Lucas, nº 1. The venue offers a covered parking lot with approximately 1,000 rotating spaces on two levels.
- From Santos Dumont Airport (SDU): You can take the VLT and connect to the subway.
– Are tickets still available?
Yes! The event is divided into Congress and Exhibition.
- Congress pass: grants access to both congress sessions and exhibition.
- Visitor pass: grants access to the exhibition only (free of charge). Registration can be made online, at the event’s front desk, or via self-service kiosks on-site.
– What if I lose my badge?
Participants (visitors, delegates, press, exhibitors, authors, and exhibitor staff) who lose their badges will be charged an additional fee of R$30 for reprinting.
– What time does the congress start? And the exhibition?
- Opening ceremony (Day 1): 8:30 a.m.

Both congress delegates and visitors can access it through the exhibition area.

The program will be available on the event website and via a QR code printed on the back of the badges. No printed program will be distributed.

- Medium (M): R$25
- Large (G): R$35 (fits one carry-on suitcase).
– Will there be a nursing room?
Yes, sponsored by Transpetro, located on the 2nd floor. Open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the space will be available for direct breastfeeding, as well as milk collection and storage in sterilized bottles with freezer monitoring.

Yes. A restaurant will be available on the 1st floor, along with a food court with food trucks open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
