Rio Pipeline & Logistics 2025 Set for Historic Edition with Largest Exhibition Area, New Strategic Topics, and Presence of Top Executives
Ticket sales for Rio Pipeline & Logistics 2025 are now open, with the third batch available on the official website. The event, one of the most important international meetings dedicated to the oil & gas pipeline and logistics chain, will take place from September 9 to 11 at ExpoRio Cidade Nova in Rio de Janeiro. With a 50% increase in exhibition space, this will be the largest edition ever held, bringing together over 60 exhibiting companies and marking the return of the traditional Canada Pavilion.
This year, the conference program has been expanded to include new topics such as Ports & Terminals, Multimodal Integration, Energy Transition, Biofuels & Decarbonization, and Digital Transformation, reflecting the main challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
Confirmed executives include: Jorge Roberto Abrahão Hijjar (Commercial Director at TBG), Erick Portela Pettendorfer (CEO of NTS), Tomaz Guadagnin (CEO of TAG), Marcio Guimarães Costa (Pipelines and Terminals Director at Transpetro), Flavia Takafashi (Director at ANTT), Victor Snabaitis Bomfim (CEO of VAST), Adrianno Lorenzon (Natural Gas Director at Abrace), Carlos Kopittke (President of ABTL), Walter Farioli (General Director of TSB), Rogério Manso (President of Atgas), Ingrid Valeriano (Raia Gas Export Pipeline Engineering Lead at Equinor), Marcelo Bragança (Vice President at Vibra Energia), Cliff Johnson (President of PRCI – Pipeline Research Council International), and Claudio Schlosser (Executive Director of Logistics, Marketing and Trading at Petrobras).
The participation of these executives underscores the strategic relevance of the event as a key forum for technical, regulatory, and business discussions in the pipeline and logistics infrastructure sector. Their joint presence represents different links in the value chain—from energy planning and regulation to operations and technological innovation—contributing to a stronger investment environment and promoting integrated solutions in natural gas, oil, and fuels, both in Brazil and globally.

Young Rio Pipeline Program
The event will also feature the Young Rio Pipeline Program, organized in partnership with Young Pipeline Professionals Brazil (YPP-BR). The program will have a dedicated space in the exhibition area with free entry, offering a dynamic schedule that includes a hackathon, career panels, stories of women leaders in the sector, networking opportunities, and presentations by young professionals on an international stage. The program will also grant up to 10 free tickets to the technical conference for undergraduate students from public and private universities, with eligibility criteria available on the official website.
Logistics Arena
Another major highlight will be the Logistics Arena, running daily from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. as a dedicated space for collaboration, innovation, and integration between the supply chain and the pipeline sector. Aimed at strengthening connections among companies, suppliers, and professionals, the Arena will promote solutions to optimize logistics processes such as transportation, storage, and inventory management, while encouraging practices that enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the context of energy infrastructure.
