Redução de incidentes na área de SMS será tema de palestras no IBP
One of the current challenges posed to the oil & gas industry, the elimination of incidents in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Area, will be debated on February 23, from 5 pm to 7 pm, in Rio de Janeiro. Supported by the IBP, the event “Getting to Zero – The Road to Stavanger – Latin American and Caribbean Region” is the fourth meeting of a global series held by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
The meeting will feature lectures by Petrobras’ executive manager Rudimar Lorenzatto and Baker Hughes’ Executive Vice President Jack Hinton, who will speak about the company’s experience in expanding by four times the number of days without incident in just two years.
One of the event's highlights is that the lectures will be broadcast via the web, through the SPE website.
