IBP Hosts Webinar for the Launch of the 2nd Edition of Think Energy Magazine
The Brazilian Petroleum and Gas Institute (IBP) invites professionals and students in the oil and gas sector to the Webinar Launch of Think Energy: Equipment Inspection, to be held on June 17 at 9:00 a.m., with free streaming on IBP’s YouTube channel.
This publication, the second of a five-issue series by the new IBP Publishing House, aims to disseminate technical-scientific knowledge and reinforce the Institute’s role as a reference in the industry. During the webinar, authors will present their articles and discuss advances and challenges in equipment inspection, with highlights including:
- João Marcelo de Castilho (Yinson Production): Adapting an FPSO Redeployment Project to Regulatory Standard NR-13.
- Emerson Luiz de Morais (Petrobras – REPAR): Semi-Quantitative Analysis of Pipeline Vibrations.

The first edition of Think Energy was dedicated to indigenous peoples, gathering reflections from the sector presented in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 editions of ROG.e. The magazine combines technical rigor with social awareness, promoting a more just, inclusive, and transformative energy sector.
