Check out here the list of technical papers that have had their abstracts approved for presentation at Rio Pipeline 2017, the largest global meeting of the pipeline community.

Organized every two years by the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (IBP), the event will take place from October 24th to 26th and will bring together the main industry players at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

This year, Rio Pipeline has changed its brand, bringing the entire pipeline community end-to-end into an even more complete event. “It will be the great meeting between the most diverse players of this industry, to share highly relevant technical content and to promote networking and business”, explains Milton Costa Filho, IBP´s Secretary General.

At the exhibition, companies from different areas will highlight the technological advances of products and services. The event’s motto this year is Connecting the Future: Trends and Challenges.

The conference program includes panels, forums, presentations of technical papers (oral session and digital poster) and workshops on key issues to the industry. The agenda will also promote debates on market changes in the fuel market in Brazil and topics related to pipeline safety.

Rio Pipeline was created almost 20 years ago due to the great investments made in pipelines systems in the country and reaches its consolidated 11th edition as one of the main places for doing business in this industry.
