3 – Who is the event’s organizer?
IBP, the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute (IBP, in Portuguese).

4 – How can a company have a booth in the exhibition?

6 – How do I register?
On the website, using Registration tab. To access the conference, you must buy a ticket. Industry professionals can have free access to the exhibition. To access our luncheons, you must purchase a ticket separately.

7 – Will I get a certificate for attending the Conference?
Yes. The certificate will be available online, and you can request it after the event.

8 – I can’t attend the full event; can I buy to attend only for one day?
Yes, just choose the “Daily Pass” option on the website Registration tab.

9 – How do I pay my registration?
The available options are detailed in our e-commerce system, on the Registration tab.

10 – IBP Members and exhibitors have discount?
Yes. IBP members, exhibitors and event sponsors have a discount when buying a ticket or several tickets. There are also corporate combos and different prices for students and teachers.

11 – Can students enjoy a discount?
Yes. According to the laws of the State of Rio de Janeiro, the half-price discount for students is restricted to cultural or sporting events. However, we also offer it to this group to attend the event, but, entries for student are limited, and restricted to the purchase of the full event.

12 – Where can I stay during the event?
Grand Mercure Hotel is our official hotel. For information on special fees, click here.

13 – What should I wear?
Rio Pipeline is a formal event, which gathers industry professionals, consultants, managers and authorities. Costumes should be formal.
