Marcelo Cerqueira

Executive Vice President of Chemicals and Vinyls Business Unit



Mr. Cerqueira is currently the Executive Vice President of Braskem Chemicals and Vinyls Business Unit. He joined Braskem in 1989 (former CPC company) and his background includes experience playing in different roles including production plant manager, logistics, HES, procurement, industrial director and business director. Before Braskem, he worked at Companhia Alcoolquímica Nacional and COPERBO (current Arlanxeo). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pernambuco, MBA from FGV and Global Leaders Training from Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania.

Décio Fabricio Oddone da Costa has graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has studied Petroleum Engineering at Petrobras. He has attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School and the Advanced Management Programme at the Insead. He was awarded an honorary PhD in Education from Universidad de Aquino, in Bolivia. He has worked at Petrobras and subsidiaries in Brazil, Angola, Libya, Bolivia (of which he was the CEO) and Argentina (of which he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors). Indicated by Petrobras, he was the Vice-President of Braskem. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors at Innova S.A. and Braskem-Idesa S.A.P.I, and Director of Oil and Gas Projects at Prumo Logística S.A. He was the President of the Bolivian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and the Argentine Chamber of the Oil Industry. Since 2016, he has been the Director-General of the ANP.

Roland Burgh has 20 years of experience in Subsea and offshore engineering, with a strong background is early project phase development and SURF design. He currently leads the Offshore & Subsea R&D Program within Repsol-Sinopec Brasil, focused on building a portfolio of next generation subsea technologies. His role is to create, identify, evaluate and develop new concepts adding value to the Company´s offshore asset portfolio. Roland is currently part of a global team providing solutions and technical support to Repsol´s offshore projects around the world, and is based in Rio de Janeiro.

Orlando Ribeiro

Senior Petroleum Engineer



Orlando Ribeiro has been with Petrobras for over 30 years. He started his career in Campos Basin as an Offshore Completion Engineer and held several Technical and Management positions in various areas, including Completion Operations, Subsea Engineering, R&D, New Ventures and Gas and Power. He was Project Manager for the Cascade and Chinook Development, in the Gulf of Mexico. After this, he was Program Manager for the PROCAP Future Vision Program, the most recent R&D program started by Petrobras in late 2010. His last job was the Production Engineering R&D General Manager of Petrobras R&D Center. Since January 2014 he is Subsea, Wells and Facilities General Manager for the Libra development. Mr Ribeiro has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering and the Petrobras Petroleum Engineering course. He also concluded Graduate Studies on Science and Technology management in the University of São Paulo and INSEAD. In addition, Mr. Ribeiro has two patents, is author or co-author of several papers and takes part in the organizer committee for some events in the subsea and offshore areas, such as: OTC Brazil 2015, Rio Oil & Gas, Subsea Forum Rio.

Hub Digital Lead



José Fratantonio is currently serving as Hub Digital Lead on Oil, Gas & Chemicals market at ABB in Brazil, responsible for Digital Activities execution capability development, deliverable to the offshore and onshore industry, including Fixed Platforms, FPSO, and refineries.
José joined ABB in 1993 in the field service Automation System unit in Brazil. Over his 24 years with ABB he has held several roles within the company ranging from field service engineer, green field engineer, application engineer, sales engineer, advanced service engineer. In January 2007, he was appointed Oil & Gas Chemical Field Service Champion. In 2013 he was appointed Field Service Advanced Engineering Manager. In 2016 he was appointed Industry Automation Service Operations Manager and in 2017 he was appointed in addition Hub Digital Lead. In his role José report to Spen Storkaas, Upstream Lead, Gas and Chemicals, and to Marcelo Capellotto Industry Automation Service Unit Lead. José Antonio Fratantonio holds a degree in Electrical Engineer, from The Brazilian Escola Federal de Itajubá.
Married with two daughter and one son, José now lives in São Paulo, Brazil.
