Since joining Shell in 1996 after graduating with a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Bioprocess from the University of Surrey, UK, she has enjoyed an international career living and working amongst others in the Netherlands, USA, Nigeria, Norway and latest Brazil. Her latest role prior to moving to Brazil was as the Asset Manager for the Troll gas and oil field in Norway. Since 2004, she has been actively involved in unitizations and is part of Shell´s global community of expertise for unitization.

He joined Petrobras Distribuidora in 1976 and has held management positions in areas such as Marketing, Sales and Planning. The economist became Liquigás president in 2006, a position maintained until April 2014. He has a bachelor degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business of Santos (SP) and a post-graduated degree in Business Administration, from EAESP / FGV. He is also graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States, and the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD business school in France, in partnership with the Dom Cabral Foundation.

Since 2007 coordinates the Prosal, technological program for the development of the Pre-Salt Reservoirs Production, which gather a portfolio of R & D projects focused on the technological challenges of Reserves & Reservoirs, wells engineering and flow assurance. Geologist, graduated from the Federal University of Bahia, he works in Petrobras since 1978, and has developed activities related to the disciplines of exploration and also Reserves and Reservoirs, both for E&P area and for Cenpes, the company’s research center.

Based in Rio de Janeiro since January 2016, he was previously the President for Chevron Colombia. Javier joined the company in 2000 after gaining an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He spent the first 10 years on development of oil & gas growth opportunities and commercial operations in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Currently, he is focused on leading key profit center organizations.
Javier gained a Bachelor of Science and Operations Management degree in 1992 at Rutgers University, US. After graduation, he spent 6 years in Peru working in the manufacturing Industry in positions of increasing responsibility from production and plant supervisory to general manager role.

Flávio Rodrigues is the Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs Director in Shell Brasil Petróleo. He has been working for Shell for the last 23 years. He holds a Mathematics degree from University of Central Unified School Brasilia, and a Master of Business Administration degree, from Dom Cabral Foundation.
Flávio has a vast experience in External Relations Roles, developing a strong networking and leadership skills. He has also experience on the supply chain, strategy and distribution. He has been acting as a member of several professional organizations, and is currently IBP Director as well as coordinator of the External Affairs Committee of the Petroleum Industry Association.
