André Frossard Pereira de Lucena é economista formado pela PUC-Rio, com mestrado e doutorado em Planejamento Energético e Ambiental. Foi pesquisador do Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory nos EUA, trabalhando em avaliação de impactos de mudanças climáticas sobre infraestrutura de energia. Atualmente é professor adjunto do Programa de Planejamento Energético da COPPE/UFRJ, atuando em pesquisa nas áreas de planejamento energético integrado, modelagem energética, mudanças climáticas globais e economia do meio ambiente. É autor do Painel Brasileiro de Mudanças Climáticas e recentemente foi participou como autor colaborador do Quinto Relatório de Avaliação do Painel Intergovernamental sobre Mudanças Climáticas da ONU (IPCC). Em 2012 recebeu o prêmio Fulbright Regional Network for Applied Research, concedido pelo Governo dos Estados Unidos, no tema Energia Sustentável e em 2014 foi agraciado com prêmio Giulio Massarani de mérito acadêmico pela COPPE/UFRJ.

Since 2013, he has also led the Marketing, Sales and Account Management functions for Schlumberger. Belani studied electrical engineering in India and holds a graduate degree in petroleum engineering from Stanford University.

In 2010, he took over the coordination of São Paulo ANP Regional Office, and in 2011 he became Superintendent of Inspection Supply. From In December 2012, the lawyer took over the Superintendence of ANP supplies, an area that coordinates the regulation of the national supply of petroleum and biofuels. He graduated in Law from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School and got a MBA degree in Accounting in Public Management from USP / FIPECAFI – São Paulo.

His career in the oil & gas industry encompasses a unique blend of expertise as academic scientist, government official, international advisor, leader in non-profit organizations and senior executive in one of the world’s largest energy companies. Ivan also worked at Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GCA) and was General Manager for Licensing at ANP, Brazilian governmental agency. Ivan is a geologist, graduated in the University of Nancy (France) and Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Bahia (Brazil).

He has managed projects in all the world’s producing regions with BP, Gaffney Cline & Associates and Schlumberger on assignments including licence and field bidding rounds, discovery development, field rehabilitation, portfolio evaluation in Mergers and Acquisitions, Competent Person’s Reports and reserve audits; e.g. Petrobras Initial Public Offering. Clients include NOCs, Majors, Independents and Banks. John has over twenty-five years of international experience in field Unitisation & Redetermination as an Independent Expert, Expert Witness and in advising clients in equity case preparation. In the last decade John has built and sold a small oil company and is now an independent consultant and a director of an energy investment company. John has worked in Brazil on several occasions and speaks Portuguese.
