During his career, Fernando held several management positions, including Reservoir Manager in Campos and Sergipe-Alagoas Basins, E&P-SUL Business Unit General Manager, E&P Production Engineering General Manager, Mexilhão Gas field Project Manager and Petrobras Bolivia E&P Director. He got a bachelor degree on Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlandia and also has an Executive MBA from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

A strong believer in collaboration as the path to innovation, Brantley has reached out to business partners and clients alike to design and develop the next evolution of industry specific solutions that address these industry’s most challenging issues including profitable exploration, integrated operations, asset management and production design and scheduling. The last two years, he has been living and working from Shanghai, China. He received his BA in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
