Replacement/Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be made in writing (letter or fax). If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome, provided a written authorization is presented either to IBP or at registration desk. If your cancellation request reaches IBP by September 11th, 2009, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date. Non-attendance does not imply cancellation.
