Replacement / Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome, provided a written authorization is presented either to IBP or at the registration desk.
•
If your cancellation request reaches IBP by September 5th, 2008, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date.
•
Non-attendance does not imply cancellation.
