Registration fees include:
- All Conference Program, Conference-related Handouts and Publications, Welcome Brunch, Rio Oil & Gas Expo and Shuttle Transfers (from hotels to Riocentro and back).
Registration fees do not include:
- Accommodation, Any other meals, Social Event, Technical and special leisure tours, Airport Transfer, Pre and post-congress tours.

Language
The languages of this event are: Portuguese or English. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Transference/ Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email). If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome, provided a written authorization is presented either to IBP or the registration desk.
If your cancellation request reaches IBP by August 31st, 2012, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded until 60 days after the end of the event.
No refunds will be made for registrations received after September 1st, 2012.
Non-attendance does not imply cancellation. |
